Jessica Browne's practice covers a wide range of general business and tax matters. She represents publicly and privately held companies in various industries with numerous matters including entity formation, corporate governance and securities compliance, public and private financing, and mergers and acquisitions. Representative clients include companies in the mining, oil & gas, renewable energy and technology industries. In addition to her corporate law practice, Jessica also represents individual clients with estate planning and other strategic tax planning.
Jessica appreciates the opportunity to work with corporate clients through multiple stages of the business life-cycle and helping craft solutions that fit each client's unique needs. She also enjoys helping her individual clients realize and accomplish their short and long-term planning needs and recognizes how quickly those needs may change as a result of life circumstances and modifications to current legislation.
