David Closson, Associate

David Closson concentrates his practice on corporate and real estate transactions. He is a Colorado native and resides in Westminster, Colorado. David enjoys working within the challenging arena of business law serving corporate clients with routine and extraordinary legal needs. Career Highlights


After graduating from law school, David spent three years working on one of the largest investigations ever by the Securities and Exchange Commission and Department of Justice involving accounting practices within the telecommunications industry.
