Richard Corbetta works with diverse corporate clients in the areas of regulatory compliance and litigation, commercial transactions and litigation, and policy development. Rich has an extensive background in dispute resolution and has litigated and arbitrated many complex regulatory and commercial cases before regulatory commissions, primarily the Colorado Public Utilities Commission, and in state and federal courts. In addition, Rich has advised many clients in commercial transactions often involving energy, telecommunications or other regulatory issues.
With a background that includes experience both in private practice and as in-house corporate counsel for a large corporation, Rich understands that all legal issues are highly interrelated with business and policy issues and he teams with his clients to develop practical and cost-effective legal strategies and solutions consistent with overall organizational goals.
