Terry Jo Epstein, Special Counsel
Terry Epstein works in all areas of litigation, but her focus is in insurance defense and employment law. Terry is currently "Special Counsel" at Dufford & Brown. Her expertise is called upon for special projects. She has worked on several large cases in federal court, and numerous smaller oil and gas cases. Before coming to Dufford & Brown, she was a law clerk for Chief Judge Lewis T. Babcock at the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
Terry's transition from associate to Special Counsel allowed her to find a better balance between her legal career and her family. She has been the President of the Rose Women's Organization. She has also served on the Board of the Denver SCORES Program, the Executive Board of the Graland Country Day School Parent Association, and as a soccer coach in both the Denver and Skyline Soccer Clubs. Terry's community involvement has opened many doors and allows her to better serve her clients.
