Practicing in the family law department, Mechelle Faulk is dedicated to helping clients and their families through the divorce and post-divorce process in a productive way. Mechelle is an experienced litigator and negotiator, often representing clients with complex financial issues and high-conflict cases. She is also an experienced and compassionate advocate on allocation of parental responsibility issues (parenting time and decision making), as well as protection order issues. She has worked with numerous experts, including business valuation experts, vocational experts, child and family investigators, parental responsibility evaluators and tax experts, in order to obtain results in the best interest of her clients.
