Elizabeth Ford, Associate
Elizabeth Ford has dedicated her career to assisting families and individuals through all aspects of domestic relations law, including dissolution, allocation of parental responsibilities and child support matters. She is a strong advocate for her clients and their families and seeks to resolve each matter as positively and effectively as possible by understanding and working with the unique circumstances of each case.
Elizabeth has a strong background as a litigator and has worked with numerous other professionals, including Child and Family Investigators, financial valuation experts and parental responsibility experts to attempt to obtain the optimum result for each client. She has litigated highly contested cases and has worked with the Courts, Court-appointed professionals and other agencies to ensure that her client's interests are protected.

Completed research and negotiations with out-of-state Social Services to dismiss the state’s Motion to Modify child support
Supervised out-of-state counsel in negotiating forgiveness of substantial child support delinquency
Successfully defended respondent’s claim against client’s great retirement assets
