John Heronimus is a transactional lawyer with experience representing clients in a wide variety of business matters. His primary focus is structuring and negotiating real estate and business transactions, which enables him to work with clients from many different industries. These include such diverse areas as real estate development, uranium prospecting, telecommunications, farm and ranch operations, software development and ethanol production.
