John Heronimus, Director

John Heronimus is a transactional lawyer with experience representing clients in a wide variety of business matters. His primary focus is structuring and negotiating real estate and business transactions, which enables him to work with clients from many different industries. These include such diverse areas as real estate development, uranium prospecting, telecommunications, farm and ranch operations, software development and ethanol production.

John also enjoys general representation of business clients from the beginning stages of entity formation through their growth cycle to the ultimate sale, merger, or other disposition of the company business. John is a skilled negotiator who pays close attention to detail. He brings these talents, his knowledge of the law, and his past experiences to every transactional scenario to help his clients achieve their goals.

Represented client in structuring, negotiating and closing $25 million sale of major residential real estate development project encompassing 800 acres in the Denver Metropolitan Area

Represented client in the sale of over $20 million in uranium mining prospects and drilling databases to publicly traded Canadian company

Represented client in the sale of $6.5 million in Colorado gold mine assets including the transfer of patented and unpatented mining claims and associated permits

Represented client in transaction to bring certain gold mine assets into production through financing of exploration activities with Australian company

Continually represents major client in its purchases, sales and operations of Colorado farm land used in its portfolio of assets

Has represented multiple clients in their purchases or sales of Colorado ranch land used for recreational or agricultural purposes

Frequently reviews chain of title documents for various clients to determine oil, gas and mineral ownership

Represents owner of local office building in the negotiation and drafting of their leases

Frequently drafts legal opinions regarding Colorado law for major financing transactions

Represents multiple Colorado companies as their general outside counsel in all aspects of running their businesses
