John Heronimus is a transactional lawyer with experience representing clients in a wide variety of business matters. His primary focus is structuring and negotiating real estate and business transactions, which enables him to work with clients from many different industries. These include such diverse areas as real estate development, uranium prospecting, telecommunications, farm and ranch operations, software development and ethanol production.

Continually represents major client in its purchases, sales and operations of Colorado farm land used in its portfolio of assets

Frequent lecturer on a variety of topics including; the use of limited liability companies in structuring real esate and mining transactions, the acquisition and development of agricultural property in Colorado, development of oil and gas assets, and wind farm development.
