Practice Area
Ron is focused on the areas of Natural Resources Law, with an emphasis in the areas of oil & gas and title and abstract review and Real Estate Law litigation. His experience includes all aspects of mineral title examination and title opinion rendering. In addition, Ron has performed curative title work and recommendations for various national lending institutions, which included the drafting and executing of quitclaim deeds, subordination agreements, release of liens, as well as litigating reformation actions, omitted party actions, equitable subrogation actions and quiet title actions.
Ron also has several years of experience working as a civil litigation attorney for a small Real Estate Law firm in Denver. During this time, he performed both judicial and non-judicial foreclosures in Colorado, litigated many complex Mechanics Lien cases, HOA actions and landlord tenant disputes. He has also handled title insurance claims with various title insurance companies for numerous properties in both Colorado and Wyoming. Ron has authored numerous drilling and division order title opinions for operations in Colorado, Wyoming and North Dakota.
