Jack Ross has successfully solved both simple and complex water right and water project development problems for more than 50 years.
He continues to practice law because he enjoys solving problems that require imagination and novel solutions.
Career Highlights
Participated in the development and drafting of the Colorado Water Rights Determination and Administration Act of 1969
Successfully litigated a complex case involving NEPA compliance on behalf of a major metropolitan water project
Negotiated and drafted a 43-party joint venture water project development agreement
Served as the Presidentially-appointed federal representative and Chair of the Upper Colorado River Commission from 1984 to 1992
Recipient of the Colorado Bar Association Order of the Water Buffalo
