Electric Utilities Law
Since 1972, Dufford & Brown has participated in every major rate case, resource acquisition, rulemaking, and ancillary proceeding in Colorado. Through this extensive history, we offer a unique perspective to our clients, whether they are the largest industrial customers in the state, or renewable energy developers looking to enter or maneuver the Colorado market.
Our attorneys bridge the gap between traditional regulatory philosophies and emerging trends in the electric industry and energy markets. We offer targeted, practical and creative solutions to complex utility issues. Where possible, we work collaboratively to build strategic alliances with our adversaries to create synergies for our clients.
