Title and Abstract Review
An important aspect of every real estate, mining or oil and gas transaction is to determine the ownership of title to the
underlying assets. Dufford & Brown has a long history of reviewing title documents to give our clients the comfort they need to
enter into their transactions. We have developed business relationships with title companies, land men and abstracting companies to
obtain historical title documentation for the assets in question. Our attorneys then review the title documents to determine the
present state of title and render our Legal Opinions accordingly.
