Mineral Interest Notification

Clients involved in land development or any other land use transaction may be required under state law to provide notice of land use change applications to mineral owners and oil and gas lessees.

Dufford & Brown assists clients by reviewing county and tax assessor records to ascertain mineral ownership and mineral lessee ownership for purposes of proving notice of land use changes for general land development, subdivisions or any other land use change that would establish new or change existing lot lines.
