• Represented owner of private reservoir surrounded by public lands to exempt it from special use permit to access reservoir for maintenance
• Represented motorcycle club to obtain Special Use Permit to hold Enduro event in National Forest.
• Represent various gold mining companies with reclamation issues and to obtain and maintain mining permits as well as water discharge permits
